Health and fitness has been a part of my life since my early teens.


I live, dream and breathe fitness every day of my life. I fell in love with fitness a long time ago and I wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better, stronger version of themselves. I have been married for 22 years to a wonderfully supportive man. I have two beautiful daughters. Although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important and a great example for family.

Personal History

January 2012 – present
Personal Trainer at 365 Fitness

  • Assist 40+ clients per month assessing and achieving short and long term goals
  • Design personalized programs and nutritional plan for clients for optimal results
  • Provide exceptional customer service retaining 95% of all clients who chose to train with me
  • Teach classes 4 days a week
  • Obtained Schwinn Certification
  • Obtained MMA Certification

2004– Present
Grandmaster Han’s Martial Arts Certified Instructor

  • Teach Tae Kwon Do to children and adults
  • Teach community Self Defense Class
  • Work with Community Connections teaching karate to children with special needs
  • Teach total body FITBOXING class

June 1999 – August 2003
Group Fitness Instructor – Conway Regional Fitness Center

  • Taught Total Body fitness class
  • Taught beginner and advanced spin classes
  • Taught Senior Stretch
  • Instructed clients on proper equipment use as well as exercises to be done at home
