If I cancel and later want to re-join, will I have to pay another joining fee?
No, unless it has been longer than (1) one month after cancellation.
What is the minimum age to become a member?
Any minor that would like to have a membership must do so under a parent/guardian account.
I already have a membership. Can I add family members?
Yes! Family members 18 and under are only $11.00/month.

I would like to change/update my billing information. How do I get started?
Call us at the gym at 501.329.1488 or ABC Financial at 1.888.622.6290.
I would like to cancel my membership. How do I get started?
Please contact us at the facility first if you are unsatisfied with our services. We don’t want to lose our valued customers so please allow us to hear your issue first.
If you still wish to cancel your membership you must do one of the two methods below:
- Personally visit the gym and sign a cancellation form. Or,
- Mail in a written/typed letter from the account holder via USPS Certified Mail to: 404 South Harkrider Dr., Conway, AR 72032
***Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted through e-mail OR over the telephone.***
Your membership will officially cancel 30 days after receiving the letter via the USPS.
